Started this in my maintenance phase. Sleep and recovery are incredible. I took this during my PCT for 6 weeks and I was still able to maintain fullness and rounded to my physique. As we all know recovery can be difficult on a PCT and I felt that MK did a great job in aiding in recovery from every workout. Slight water retention as that is normal in anything that releases GH. Hunger is through the roof, if your a seasoned competitor we all know how to deal with this. For anyone that is not experienced in dealing with hunger, avoid using in a deficit as it can be harder to control. The hunger sides usually go away within a couple of weeks. Also I highly recommend using Berberine (1500mg), Cinnamon+ Chromium to help with insulin sensitivity and healthy blood glucose levels while using Mk. Lethargy is one side effect to note but this is because your GH is secreting for 24 hours throughout the day. Otherwise great product and alternative to getting HGH.

I got this sample with my YK-11 order. It was fantastic! It contains a lot of aminos along with a fat burning ingredient, and creatine. You don’t get shaky, no itchy feeling, it wasn’t overwhelming either. This was the perfect blend of ingredient for a pre workout. I took half of the serving even though the sample I received was one scoop, and it was incredible. I highly suggest this pre workout and will definitely put in an order for the actual product. Thank you guys for a great product!

Just received a sample of this pre in my last order. The training focus, aggression, and pump was pretty insane to say the least. Then the euphoric feeling after the workout you get from this is unlike any other pre I’ve tried. Definitely would suggest this product for those days you’re lacking energy, focus, and motivation.
